Questions, answered

Is my ad account data safe?
Yes. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in your private Firebase cloud storage. We never store passwords. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's settings or by clicking "Disconnect" inside EcomTracker.
Does EcomTracker modify my campaigns?
No. EcomTracker is strictly read-only — we only fetch performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions). We never create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, ad sets, ads, or any other resources.
What COD providers do you support?
EcomTracker is provider-agnostic — you enter the COD fees (lead, confirmation, shipping, delivery, COD%) per market once, and we use those for all profit calculations. Works with COD Network, Youcan, Wuilt, Salla, custom workflows — anything.
How is my data isolated from other users?
Each user gets their own private Firebase Firestore document (per-UID isolation) and Cloudflare D1 partition. No user can ever access another user's data. Tokens, products, records, and connections are scoped to your Firebase UID only.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything to JSON anytime from Settings → Export Data. If you cancel your account, contact info@ecomtracker.co and we'll purge all your data within 30 days. We never sell or transfer user data.
Can I track multiple businesses / brands?
Yes — connect multiple ad accounts per platform. EcomTracker treats each ad account independently and you can filter the dashboard by brand using the market/product taxonomy you define.
Why focus on COD specifically?
COD has unique math that generic analytics tools miss: confirmation rate, delivery rate, lead fees, shipping fees, COD percentage — all impact real profit. Most tools treat orders as "revenue × margin," which is wrong for COD. EcomTracker uses the actual funnel: leads → confirmed → delivered → revenue.
